Summary: Ensures all production entries are accurate and complete by the end of the next business day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
  • Review all scanned production entries for accuracy. Manually enter any adjustments or production that wasn’t scanned.
  • Communicate daily with managers regarding any issues found in production paperwork to determine correct entries.
  • Ensure all rework has been adjusted and produced.
  • Prepare and review a variety of reports to ensure all entries are accurate.
  • Assist in training scan clerks and developing strategies to address opportunities in production accuracy.
  • Verify portioning entries are correct and enter portioning hours.
  • Scan production paperwork daily.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
 
Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience working in accounting software a plus.
  • Excel and Word required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute percent and ratios.
 
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
 
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP, Production/Inventory, or Accounting software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
